international festival for my short listed smashwords ebook Mysterious Master by Isabella Rose

I had a wonderful time at the festival and as usual learned a lot from talking to other friendly writers -pitching to editors -and all the winners well deserved their success.

Attending the awards and meeting up with like minded people who didn't think writing was a little hobby but knew it was hard work and persistence which paid off in the end was a great experience.

At 77 there is no way I can write chick lit but romance is always interesting at any age -see Hilary Boyd who wrote… Continue

I had a wonderful birthday at Warners hotel near Chester, very friendly atmosphere -wonderful entertainment etc.

And a brilliant way to advertise your books -I was dishing out cards right and left. Hope people put my website on facebook for their friends to discover.

Can't wait for festival sounds exciting. And the way to go with books is obviously racy.

pam.

Francine Howarth new romance.

Wow what a fast paced read. I love strong hero's with super secrets to unravel. Packed with action.

Characters beautifully drawn in a few words - SAS conjures up a handsome courageous soldier.

I can't wait to read the rest of it.

I've given it a review on Amazon.

Hi Pamela,

Glad to hear you're getting past your email problem. Things are OK with me and the writing! Bet you'll be glad when you've finished packing and at last moved into new place. Hope every thing is soon settled and boxes discarded. ;)

best

Hello Pamela, Thank you very much for your friend request. I would love to go to the festival but unfortunately I can't make it this year. However I will be very happy to chat by email or the romantic fiction forum. I am eagerly awaiting the publication of my first book 'Angel Heart' this coming Friday 5th October at MuseItUp Publishing. There have been so many set backs that I can't quite believe it is happening at last! I look forward to chatting with you. Regards. Marie.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, Pamela.  How sad about your dog.  I hate what people do to animals to make them fit their idea of 'ideal'.  Inbreeding causes so many problems.  My own little dog is a rescue, and although mainly Jack Russell, I suspect there may be beagle in there somewhere but it wouldn't matter to us if he was complete mongrel!  There are good and bad breeders and sadly it's the dog and their owners who suffer at the hands of the bad ones!

I'd like to go to the library, will be arriving at the hotel about 5pm tonight, but no transport as coming on train, so could share taxi maybe? Expect there will be a few people in the same boat? See you later x

Thanks Pamela

Good luck with your books too - I won't know anyone either, (Except Kate who I met last year) but I've made many 'virtual' friends and am looking forward to meeting them in person!
