To be honest, I feel privileged by overnight dreamlike movies, which become my novels as acted and told by the characters. It then becomes my job to paint in words what I watched on the big screen of sleep.  .

 

Even so, for historical novels it's research, research and search again in case some damn vital element is missed in getting carried away on history: my fav subject. That said, aspects of contemporary knowledge step forth re equestrian feats. But, when all said and done, imagination is key!
